I buy WBTC, collateralize it to borrow depreciating USD denominated loaned currency to go invest in appreciating assets, that are also income producing to accumulate more BTC. My collateral is allocated as I see fit to move in and out from crypto of USD or GOLD, or as I depict in the video, I elected to put my collateral to work to earn yield as liquidity for people trading on Uniswap on top everything I just described. I do not have any repayment schedule, nor any interest charges. I just pay a small transactional fee to to protocol which keeps them ticking along. When I say “them” I really should describe the operation as software. Yes no staff and fully automated escrow smart contracts and they even allow me to buy their governance token to stake and earn some of the fees from any volume that goes through their platform.
